  • The application is of high quality and is among the best in its category for food ordering. However, there is room for improvement in the Android version of the application. The iOS version has a superior appearance and user experience, while the Android version appears outdated and sluggish. It would be beneficial if the Android version could receive an update to ensure full compatibility with Android 14.

  • In 2 weeks they did not refund a canceled order and they delivered an order with 2 missing items. Not contact point to their support. I already raised the issue in their no so friendly support using the app. After 2 days (only for the second order with missing item) they contacted me and the support said nothing they can do. This app is a scam. Not using it anymore. Already scammed me for around 200 dirham.

  • One of my go-to apps, but it used to be better before. Now the app has too many glitches, such as emptying out your cart on its own accord, which can be very annoying. The discount vouchers you redeem with your points also don't always work, and I have had to approach customer service multiple times to use them. Even some compensations that Talabat gives you for long delays suddenly disappear, and you can never use them anymore. The refund option has also become a bit more annoying.

  • Terribly bad experience. They always make wrong delivery. Last time they gave me an order which is for a different customer and less value. I took all necessary photos and details and asked for help in customer service. They acknowledged their mistake but they kept on dodging saying case is resolved but I never got my refund. Do not support this kind of company, not True to their policy. To those who got similar cases, do not think twice and also report to Consumer Protection.

  • Was a very good app, but recently, there services are becoming of low quality. They will not resolve the issues of missing items in the order but keep asking the same question that you have already answered and with no results . Will stop using the app and use another app.

  • They don"t gave my the refunds many times,I contacted them so many times,everybody is telling me that I will get it in 30 minutes but I never got my money back or the promised vouchers.They send discount codes that never work,just to make u open the app.Some of the delivery guys don"t want to came to the door,some don"t bring back the change,many don"t have change(or pretend)and u must wait for them to go and came.Can"t contact them in case of missing,wrong items.The prices are higher than other
