  • This app is decent and I've bought a couple shoes off of this. However, there are many issues. My biggest issue is that it has me log out of the app for canceling offers or for other random reasons? It says to register to Null and when I tried it wouldn't even let me so it seems that issue can't be fixed and it's super irritating having to log back in at least once or several times while using the app especially when I want to see pictures of used pairs.

  • The one star is for the shoes only. The shoes are fine, prices sometimes comparable or less than Stockx. But customer service is terrible! I've only ordered two pairs of shoes myself and both times ended in a horrible customer service experience. They're unwilling to see the buyers POV, even when the seller was the one in the wrong. And they stick to their policy regardless of the circumstances (how can you deny a return when the item was delivered while I was on vacation?!). Plus app is glitchy

  • Great shoes but app is a little off. It was working fine until the last update it just had. Now if I want to view a pair of sneakers that are used or what not, I have to switch to my laptop. Hopefully this will get resolved soon. Also this won't send me notifications when I get an offer and it won't give me the option to accept an offer. It also often glitches a lot and needs to be cleared and reset constantly. IT needs to fix asap!

  • deleted. Every time I kept clicking on a shoe, it would ask me to confirm I am not a robot, and once I did, it would not go away. I would press the back space, press the Having A Problem option, and nothing. Once I somehow managed to get past the robot question, it would not show me any sizes for the shoes I wanted and even say ERROR when I would try to add to my Want list. It pissed me off and I am not dealing with that every time I want a shoe. There are better apps guys !!

  • First ever purchase was horrible. Purchased some NMD's NEW for $180. That was the highest price they were being sold for. After about a week I get a notification saying that the shoes are apparently used, not new and if I would still be willing to buy them. For 9 dollars off. When they had the very same pair listed used at $140. I declined and asked for the new pair I orginally purchased, but was told they couldn't find anymore. I go back to the site and of course, the shoe price has gone up.
